When you reach the lab-work section of the questionnaire, you’ll see an option to indicate that you already have your lab results. You can then upload your documents (PDF, images, etc.) directly to your WellSync profile. If you’ve already proceeded beyond that point, you’ll still be able to access your profile later to attach or update your lab reports.
