Managing Your Account with Recurly

WellSync uses Recurly to securely manage your testosterone replacement therapy billing details. If you need to create an account, update your payment information, or access your billing history, follow this guide to manage your Recurly account with ease.

Creating Your Recurly Account

If you haven't accessed Recurly before, you'll need to create an account to manage your subscription. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Account Creation Page
  2. Enter Your Email
    • Use the same email address you used when signing up with WellSync.

  1. Check Your Inbox
    • Recurly will send you a confirmation email with a link to activate your account.
  2. Set Up a Password
    • Follow the link in the email to create a secure password.
  3. Log in to Your Account
    • Once your account is activated, you can log in to manage your subscription.

Logging into Your Recurly Account

If you've already created a Recurly account, follow these steps to log in:

  1. Visit the Recurly Sign-In Page

  1. Enter Your Email and Password
    • Use the credentials you set up during account creation.
  2. Access Your Account Dashboard
    • Once logged in, you'll be able to manage your subscription, update payment information, and view billing history.

Updating Payment Information

To keep your WellSync subscription active, ensure your payment details are up to date:

  1. Log into Recurly
  2. Navigate to the Billing Information and click the blue “Edit” icon

  1. Update or Add a Payment Method
    • Enter your new credit card or billing details.
  2. Save Changes
    • Ensure the new payment method is selected for future billing.
