At Healthcare Select, we prioritize your health and safety throughout the assessment journey. Depending on your responses and test results, there are a few points where you might be disqualified from receiving treatment. Here’s how it works:

Initial Assessment:
- Based on your answers to the initial assessment questions, we may determine that you’re not eligible for treatment. If this happens, you’ll be notified immediately on-screen, and no further action or payment will be required.

After Blood Work:
- If you’ve purchased the "Know Your Numbers" product and completed your blood work at LabCorp, your results will be carefully reviewed. If the results indicate that you’re unfit for treatment, you’ll receive an email notification. However, if any of your levels are outside the healthy range, we’ll offer you a complimentary Sync Visit to discuss these results, even if you don’t qualify for treatment.

During the Sync Visit:
- After your lab results are reviewed, you may pre-qualify for treatment. During your Sync Visit with a provider, if additional information comes to light (such as medical history or current medications) that makes you ineligible for treatment, the provider will inform you during the visit. You will also receive an email confirmation regarding this disqualification.
Important Note: In all cases where disqualification occurs, no refunds will be issued.
