Kyzatrex™ may cause a small increase in 24-hour ambulatory systolic blood pressure, especially in those on antihypertensive therapy. Diastolic blood pressure and heart rate changes are minimal. Other potential side effects include headaches, mood changes, and increased red blood cell count. Monitoring is recommended for patients with hypertension or those on antihypertensive drugs to manage potential risks.
